Charlotte Subdivisions & Communities - Area 4: Beverly Crest (Mid $220’s – Mid $400’s) Mecklenburg Co. – Charlotte Better hurry if you want to be in this exclusive and much in demand series of communities. Actually built from the early to late 1990’s this community is labeled as Beverly Crest but is, in fact, a number of phases with slightly varying styles and price points. One element that is consistent here and that is “investment enhancement”, buy a home with all the aesthetic you could hope for and watch your money grow as well.
